"Everyone of the staff members were so helpful & accommodating to our group from the time we arrived until we departed. I want to give a big shoutout to Nateli who worked the front desk. She had the sweetest disposition and always acted like she really enjoyed helping everyone with a smile on her face! There were several others like Nateli but I didn’t get their names. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we’re ever in that area again! "

"Overall star was great. Staff was great. Room was super clean. We didnt even have to ask for the correct amount of towels ( thats a plus to me). The location was the BESTTTT! Only thing the rooms got really hot and hard to balance the thermostat. Also the one bed in our room was not comfortable at all. Needed new matress for sure But i still give it a 8.5 out of 10. Its an old hotel but very well kept "

"Our room was great!!! The bathroom was huge!!! Bed was very comfortable. TV had great channel choices. We also utilized the bar upstairs, and the bartender and drinks were great. The location was also fantastic, literally steps from Times Square. Parking was easy, across the street from the hotel. We parked and didn’t need to move it until end of stay. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in NYC. "
