Located near a golf course. Large terrace with private pool and overlooking the golf course and sea. Garden in very good condition around the house. Garden and pool are weekly maintained and cared. Large and comfortable living room, nicely furnished. Three large double rooms with spacious closets. The swimming pool can be heated with an extra cost per week to be payed at your arrival (70€/week).

Utmärkt boende!

Mycket bra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Vi saknade en utegrill. Skandinaviska gäster gillar att grilla. Bullrande flygplan var ett aber även om vi vande oss.

A lot to like

We really enjoyed our stay, the owners responded to our requests promptly. We had family join us for a few days, who also enjoyed the villa, especially the pool. The villa suited our needs, especially proximity of golf club. One or two suggestions though. Could do with some shade, either awning or umberellas as the patio has sun all day. Kitchen equipment could do with updating.

New Year Stay

Overall happy with the property. The WiFi was down all week which caused us to be unable to work which was a problem. Taxis are in extremely short supply so a car is recommended. Our taxi back to the airport was over an hour late and we nearly missed our flight.

Villa golf.

Por tercera vez hemos elegido esta villa por agradable y cómoda. Nos encanta lo amplia que es y la maravillosa piscina. Cuenta con grandes espacios para tener una estancia de lo más cómoda. El campo de golf que está a su lado hace más relajado el momento.

Villa mit Pool

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa mit Pool und der tollen Aussicht auf den Golfplatz Amarilla und das Meer sehr genossen. Die vielen Flugzeuge im Landeanflug haben uns nicht sehr gestört, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Alles im allem ist die Location empfehlenswert!

Schönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Blick auf Golfplatz und Meer war sehr entspannend. Auch besitzen wir jetzt vier Golfbälle. Lediglich die landenden Flugzeug sind etwas laut aber erträglich.

Villa in Amarilla Golf

We stayed in this villa from 6 February to 19th March 2024 with family visiting us throughout our stay. The villa itself is spacious and well equipped with spectacular views over the golf course to the sea. It is situated in a very quiet area. A car is essential, especially if you are infirm or have small children as, apart from one small shop and the Golf Club (which stops serving food at 6.00 pm) it is about 20 mins walk away from the shops, pubs, restaurants and the seafront. The bus stop is about ten minutes walk away and taxis are easily available.. We were there six weeks and Jonny, acting as the owner's agent, was very responsive to any needs that we had. We were informed that the £100 that we had paid for cleaning was for it to be cleaned for our arrival and again when we left. Any other cleaning would be fifteen euros an hour. Needless to say, we did the cleaning ourselves during our stay. We were supplied with ample bed linen and towels. Again, we laundered these ourselves as there was a charge otherwise. We enjoyed our stay at the villa on the whole, but two warnings: Watch out for flying golf balls and parents with small children please note that the shallow end of the swimming pool is about 4' 6" deep.

Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Mooi verblijf dicht bij Golfterrein en in de nabijheid van kleine supermarkt. Restaurants op een kleine kilometer + mooi kustwandeling tot in Los Abrigos. Voor de marktliefhebbers : geen markt meer op vrijdag. Ook niet in Los Abrigos. Opmerking : een parasol zou handig zijn.

Villa fabuleuse !!!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Marie-Pierre. La maison correspond tout à fait à la description et toutes les commodités sont présentes. Il manquait juste la climatisation car nous sommes tombés en période de canicule et il faisait très chaud la nuit dans la maison. La vue superbe depuis la terrasse, la piscine est chauffée et nettoyée durant le séjour, tout était vraiment au top !!! Je recommande cette villa.

A week over christmas 2022

A good house for a family of 4. Nice outside space with view over golf course. though terrace is a bit shabby and its directly under the flight path for v busy airport. . The house is spacious..a little tired but fine for a week. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. good communication with host. Decent little supermarket a short walk away. Bigger supermarkets a drive away. We were surprised to be repeatedly held up in traffic which was Very busy and slow. The golf course and resort are smart though still under construction down at the coast. We were on a hiking holiday and found numerous beautiful varied hikes within an hours drive.

Villa amarilla golf

Es una de las mejores villas en las que he estado. Reúne todos los aspectos que valoro como imprescindibles, tales como comodidad, amplitud, limpieza, espacios de jardín, piscina maravillosa, gran oferta de electrodomésticos, seguridad, WiFi, etc. Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado enormemente en esta villa. Nos gustaría mucho repetir estancia en el futuro. Gracias.

Happy Holiday

Large Villa although needs updating both inside and out . Pool area has broken tiles which is a fall’s hazard for all age groups . Pool steps do not go far enough into the pool making it difficult to get out. Well situated with view of golf course and sea in the distance.A car is essential unless happy to stay at the Villa or use taxis. We all enjoyed our stay again as we have been before and it is convenient for our needs.

Très bon séjour dans une région ensoleillée au bord d’un golf ( verdure) vue mer

Aux abords de l’aéroport (arrivées ou départs d’avions) mais pas trop gênant! Bord d’un golf calme la nuit mais très/trop éclairé la nuit!! Location très confortable bonne literie. Tout le confort comme décrit dans annonce. Piscine un peu froide à cette époque mais ce n’est pas grave. Abords extérieurs un peu vieillots devraient être refaits mais intérieur parfait. Télévision qu’en espagnol

Magnifique villa.

Villa fidèle à l'annonce, belles pièces lumineuses, bien équipée, piscine propre. Belle vue, mer et golf. Le revêtement de la terrasse est un peu vieillissant, les portes auraient besoin d'être rabotées, et même si cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances, la maison est située au dessus du couloir aérien d'atterrissage des avions, c'est particulièrement bruyant lorsqu'ils survolent la villa, c'est le seul bémol.
