This amazing villa to rent enjoys a prime position in the resort of Amarilla Golf and Country Club on the south coast of Tenerife. Set right on the picturesque golf course it also looks has beautiful panoramic sea views!

In 2010 the villa was totally redesigned from top to bottom. It has been extremely cleverly designed with 5 bedrooms plus a separate apartment on the side. Perfect for large families or big groups.

The villa offers spacious and flexible accommodation. The large landscaped gardens give you plenty of room to stretch out in the sun whilst the spacious L-shaped solar heated pool will keep you cool.
Around the pool are plenty of sun beds and parasols. Several tables and chairs are dotted around the gardens. Gorgeous sea views can be enjoyed.

High speed Wi-Fi is included, as is an amazing satellite TV system with 1000s of channels from around the world, in many different languages. (Includes Full UK TV with BBC, ITV, SKY, BT etc)


The villa is cleverly designed with 5 bedrooms plus a separate flat on the side. Perfect for large families or big groups. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa and one other in a separate flat.

There is parking within the gated forecourt for 2 cars and plenty of free on-street parking right outside the villa.

Lounge: Comfortably furnished living area has 3 x leather sofas. Patio doors open to the gorgeous pool area and those lovely sea views. There are additional sofas on the lawn of the garden.

Kitchen / Dining area: New kitchen installed in early 2023 including hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer etc. Everything you will need and more is in this kitchen. There is a separate utility room with washing machine etc. In between the kitchen and lounge section is the dining area which has large table and chairs. Additional dining is situated on the covered sun terrace by the pool.

Bedrooms: Upstairs - the master bedroom has a king size bed and ample built in wardrobe space. There are double patio doors opening onto a lovely sun balcony. The second double bedroom is also upstairs. Again this has its own sun terrace with lovely views.
The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

There are 3 further bedrooms downstairs.
One has a double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and doors out to the gardens.
There are two twin bedrooms, with patio doors to the gardens on one side and an interconnecting doors to a 2nd twin on the other. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room and WC.

There is also a separate cloakroom with WC downstairs.

Adjacent to the property and accessed through the gardens is a lovely studio flat with double bedroom, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. T

his is a unique villa offering very comfortable and spacious accommodation. It is very rare in Tenerife to find such huge landscaped gardens, particularly offering such great views.

The lovely pool is solar heated.

Golf: The villa overlooks the fairways of the 18 hole championship golf course at Amarilla Golf and Country Club. The course at Golf Del Sur is less than 5 minutes away and 2 other courses within 20 mins.

There is a well stocked supermarket at the end of the street. Some local bars and restaurants are within a 5 to 10 min walk. The marina: The villa is a 10 minute walk from one of the largest marinas in Tenerife. Here you will find a lovely sea front promenade full of shops, restaurants and bars.

Guests at this villa are invited for a free welcome drink of Cava / small beer at the owner's high quality restaurant just 10 minutes walk away at his development called Amarilla Golf Villas. The restaurant is also worth a visit for a meal as the food is excellent

Property Management: All bed linen and plenty of towels are provided - including pool towels.

The villa is absolutely lovely and ideally situated. We had an initial issue with a faulty kettle which was resolved so quickly we were very impressed. Communication was brilliant and Jon even facilitated a late check out as we had a late flight. Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely be back!
