"Our check in process was fast and easy. The room is a little small, but sound-proof, clean, and user friendly. The AC works very well and didn't make loud noise. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. The bathroom mirror is beautiful, but the lighting was not sufficient for ladies to put makeup on.
2. The microwave is high-tech, but was not intuitive for operation. It should come with a how to use written manual.
3. The hotel sign on the street is too...

"Great hotel within walking distance of Monument underground station, and just over the river from Borough Market. Our room was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.
The only issue we did have was that the room was not ready when we came to check in over an hour after it should have been, however Ash on reception was very helpful and got it sorted quickly as well as providing our group with a free drink whilst we waited.
Overall, I can highly recommend club quarters,...

"No AC. Room was 84 degrees and staff said holler did not have AC. Talked to another guest and their room AC was working fine. Faucet dripped constantly. Windows would only open 1 inch. Requested different room. Got new room for 2nd night. It had a floor AC unit that kept the room at an ok temperature. "

"Rooms were clean, tidy and high spec. Comfortable beds. Sad there was no tea/coffee making in the room and it was shared Kitchette in the hallway. Great location for ease of access to underground and central London. We unfortunately stayed when there was an England match on and our room must have been next to a pub/bar as it was super noisy until late. Singing could be heard through the walls! Could also hear the trains under us a lot. Not great if you’re a light sleeper. No fan in the room...

"Second time staying at this hotel. Our room was ready early in time for our arrival which was excellent and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. However, service in the restaurant, for both breakfast and lunch, was truly awful and ruined our experience. We won't stay again as there are better hotels in the immediate area."

"Nicely refurbished hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. They often asked how things were. Offered me early check in for small fee (20). Was travel-weary, so I took advantage. Earls Court stop is close and convenient to travel around London and to Heathrow. Neighborhood is busy but not overwhelming. Only criticism is the hotel is noisy. Although looks good, floors are tile and walls are not insulated very well. I could hear water running through walls in the pipes, and could hear someone snoring at one...

"Funky relaxed hotel with a bar downstairs and very quiet room, but I had to wait ages to check in, my room wasn't ready, was left sitting in the bar and had to keep asking for my room. Once allocated, it was very clean, arty and a bit different, there was a Marshall amp so you could play guitar, mobile things hanging from the wall by the bed and what looked like a block of ice lol for the toilet and shower. Ice Bear from We Bare Bears would approve.
