"The room at the Hotel Niwa was clean and beautifullly decorated in a manor that catered to traditional Japanese style and simplicity with western comforts also in mind. This was exactly what we had been looking for in a Japanese stay during our holiday. The staff were very helpful and we were delighted to learn about the manager's production of delicious local honey in the hotel. The gardens and internal courtyard were an authentic and restful touch that we could experience from the restaurant."

"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. "*solo traveler* this place is great quite clean and close to a train station that can take you to major spots around Tokyo and further the only warning I’d give is that the building controls the AC so if you are expecting to flip between hot and cold that’s not going to happen it all depends on what’s the weather like so if it’s hot you’ll be getting the cold setting and if it’s cold and you want it cold your best bet is to crack the window open or turn off the ac and deal with it so be warned "

"The room is well furnished and the female checkin staff was quite helpful and her English was good. The place is quieter from the opposite side of the road which is nearer to the train station. Overall it was a good experience. We were given only two bottles of mineral water for the 7 day stay."
