"OK, so the Hotel Niwa in Tokyo is a literal oasis in the middle of the city and it felt so restful to return to this sanctuary at the end of a long day of the spectacular noise and visual overload of Tokyo. From the lobby (and the super helpful staff there), to the breakfast buffet to the lovely tradition-inspired room design, I found this whole experience to be exemplary. There is no ground-floor window or glass door you can look out through from inside and not see greenery, foliage, water...

"カプセルホテルを初めて 利用しましたが、女性への配慮がされていて、とても清潔で、泊まるだけなら充分です。
アメニティなどはないものと思っていたら、タオルに部屋着、スリッパなども準備されていて驚きました。
あと、駅近なのも良いです。
また利用させていただきたいと思いました。"

"We stayed at the annex for two weeks and we had a good time. The location is very convenient as it was a 10 minute walk from the shinjuku station and right next door was a 7-11, family mart and Lawson allowing for convenient late night snacks. The staff were also very helpful and always had a good attitude to the customers. Not to mention the many free ammenties that they provide as well."

Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. Biggest issue is we had multiple things disappear from our room, that they could never find any of them and the $100 they did locate after we checked out they refused to return unless we came all the way back to Japan to claim it. "Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is in a quiet area, so it was easy to relax after spending the day exploring Tokyo. One of our favorite things was the amazing view of the stadium from our room—we were even able to watch the games while having dinner, which was such a unique experience for our family.
The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space...
