For what we paid we had an incredible stay. The only thing we would have wished is for individual thermostats, we found the room to be quite warm on a couple of the nights, and upon speaking to staff were told that the entire building is on a universal heating/cooling system, so there is no individual...

"The staff is exceptional; always a smile, helpful in answering questions, and providing information. Graciously held our luggage for us both before check-in and when we spent a few days in another city. Both times the luggage was in our room already when we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice because it was so good! "

"The room is well furnished and the female checkin staff was quite helpful and her English was good. The place is quieter from the opposite side of the road which is nearer to the train station. Overall it was a good experience. We were given only two bottles of mineral water for the 7 day stay."
