"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"LOVED the hotel! It was so conveniently located near Tower Bridge yet not over noisy or crowded. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a late check in due to our flight landing time and needed to check in after midnight - not a problem! Someone was there and able to assist even at that late hour. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed including in room washer and dryer. Balcony offered view of the Thames as well as the Tower and Tower Bridge. "Very nice place to stay. The little apartment had everything we needed, centrally located and right across the street from a train station. Staff was polite and accommodating. Well worth the price. The apartment had a lot of space, good little kitchen and very nice updated bathroom."

"Great location, room was very spacious but the smell of cigarette smoke was all inside the room which gave me a headache. I was only there for one short night with my toddler. Be mindful steps to getting into hotel no ramp so tricky getting up with a stroller."

"Very deceptive photos. Close to shows, pretty quiet for being in the middle of Chinatown. Definitely gives off some sketchy vibes though. Just know what you are getting"
