"The studio apartment was just as it was pictured. It was very clean and neat and very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful when I had questions and it was awesome there was laundry facilities.
The television in the room was not working properly,…as if the connection was bad with the cable. There did not seem to be an option to log into my personal Netflix or prime using the TV so having it working wasn’t really helpful anyway. The extra bed was not terribly comfortable.

"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!"
