"The property is in a good location to the tube and small shops, restaurants, etc. Easy to locate and loved the digital entry vs having to keep up with a key. They were accommodating with requests for extra toilet paper, trash bags. Thankful that the a/c was working well during the heatwave when we were there. "This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided.
