"The hotel was perfect for our needs. One night stay over for an event at Wembley. The hotel is lovely albeit a little tired. Probably needs a refresh but based on price and the area I would definitely book again. The staff were the stand out for us. Reception were so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was super tasty too. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"I found the hotel to have a very new looking and modern decor. The room was very comfortable. My dinner was tasty and enjoyable. The morning coffee was nice however, the cooked items were over cooked- some were burnt infact. Saddly the hash browns were burnt and inedible... a real shame. The pastrys and fruits were fine and typical for this type of hotel chain. Over all, yes I will stay again and recommend this hotel. "

"Considering that this is a well known chain of hotels, i would consider this one to be average. The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up. The bedroom windows didnt open the "air con" just moved the air around well a desk fan could have done that. The...

"We stayed in the basement apartment. It offered a lot of space for us, two parents and two teens. Main bed was comfortable and teens had their own room & beds. Very nice little garden and kitchen area with tea / coffee making facilities. Central location but quiet. Tons of dining options near by. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. "

"Miiro Templeton Garden was a beautiful boutique hotel. We stayed there for a week in June and enjoyed most of our stay. However, on the last full day and evening of our stay, the AC broke in several rooms (including ours). This made the room unbearably hot especially since it was on the top floor. "The hotel is in good condition and very clean. I felt the lobby to be cozy and inviting. The room and bathroom were on the small side but clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ones among the 3 hotels we stayed in during our recent trip to Europe. The staff was friendly and kind. There are different options neaby to grab a bite and an inexpensive, small but well stocked supermarket. Definitely recommend this hotel! "
