"Nice hotel and located near the tube. The walls are thin and lots of people making noise in the hallways between 12-3am both nights."

The underground is in walking distance, but shops, and retail centers are literally in walking distance. "Staff were phenomenal. Cyril is incredible and went out of his way to help us. Only minor issues we had were the pillows were kinda flat and the beds moved around a bit and didn’t have locked feet on them. But those are minor really."
