"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...

"Really enjoyed our stay however a slight downside was that it was really busy and packed during breakfast. There were no tables to sit. Maybe more space need to be allocated as the hotel is clearly a popular place. "

The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"We loved it here. The room was very spacious for London. The still and sparkling water on every floor plus coffee, tea, and hot water was wonderful. Staff was friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet over the holidays when we were there, but it was an easy walk to a few different Tube stations or to St. Paul's Cathedral and some of the other sights."

"The restaurant outlets were fantastic In guv'nors suite only slight thought is the smaller bedroom can hear quite a bit of street noise perhaps an upgraded triple pane window wd work Bedding and mattresses were divine!! NEVER get rid of those slippers. We have traveled every continent and never had slippers as comfortable as the red carnation i will.come back for the beds, slippers and lounge! Happy new year "
