"The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!"

"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. "Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was easy to find, with the Luton point and markets near to it. The neighbourhood was kind of noist at night, but there was no feeling of unsafety even that and we arrived after 10:00 pm"

"We stayed one night as we had an early flight. To be honest, I would rather sleep in the airport...!!! The hotel is situated just out of the town, in an area that is run down and not very attractive... The appearance from the outside is that of a local Social Service hostel!! It is ugly, and old. The lobby area is actually ok... The hallways and filthy and dirty.. the carpets are all stained, all the walls are marked and scuffed, the windows are broken... The breakfast was cheap and looked like...
