"Extremely disappointed with the excessively high-priced and yet abjectly poor quality of the single bed room. A tiny crammed room without even a small desk, broken window handle, and the worst, a loo without a door in that confined space. Awful expedia experience!"

"Stayed in a standard double room overlooking Tower Bridge which the view was great. The room was very outdated and needed a bit more focus on the cleaning.
