"Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."

"I booked this hotel because of other reviews that I read online. I am disappointed that they were not true. I believe that customers should help each other. Find the best hotels. Everything was outdated, broken and filthy. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable and it was a terrible start to our trip to England. Thankfully, we were there for only two nights."
