"Overall the hotel was good, it just has 1 major problem… there’s a lack of elevators. It’s a big hotel with only 2, so it’s very difficult to get in and out of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on the first floor, and definitely don’t stay there if you’re elderly and can’t take the stairs."

We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. "Really pleased with visit. Friendly staff, our room was located at Hotel Thannet next to the the annex. Our room was fine for what we paid. Had tea and coffee, TV, shower gel. The bed was comfy. The hotel is deffo in need of investment - so if you want nice finishes and matching furniture it may not be for you. I’d happily stay again for the price and location. "

"We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in. The spa experience was a little mixed. It felt very busy in the pool area and was noisy so wasn’t actually pleasant to relax in...
