"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"I stayed in Room 411, which is located on the lower ground floor with access to a patio through a glass wall that includes two windows and a door. Unfortunately, the lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable.

"My friends and I stayed at point A for a concert at the O2, and I’m very glad we booked here. The staff were lovely, the facilities and room was clean and comfy. The rooms are small but they are good and nil issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground and near restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in future if needed."

We had a few issues with the first room they put us in, but he staff was very helpful and accommodating and moved us into a different room quickly, and that room was wonderful. My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view.
