"Staff were fantastic and my dad was given a wonderful welcome. The rooms and cleanliness and hospitality and warmth was outstanding. Thank you Magdelena and all the staff for making our stay so special. Thank you also to Daisy for organising the rooms to accommodate us as a group. My dad had a wonderful time. "Like - Good Breakfast included Dislike: Very small room with barely enough space to move around. No space to store luggage. Not even a box of Kleenex was provided. No extra toilet paper in the room. I had to go and ask for more, and they only provided one additional roll. Very limited number of towels."

"The hotel looks great it's the little things that let them down. Breakfast can be chaotic especially if there is a function. Paintwork could be attended to, decor no longer matches the character of the house. It could be a great venue."

"Easy check in/out. Was quiet in the hotel which was good. Room had a musky smell. Found hairs in the bedding. Breakfast was served by one of the M25 services stalls, which was ok, but would've preferred a buffet for more choice rather than just a full English."

"I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We stayed after the slamdunk festival. No issues with late check in, lots of parking, very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Sorted out an issue with Expedia not sending through confirmation I’d paid with them promptly and without fuss. Highly recommended, will definitely book for SlamDunk 2027."

"Parking good, food good, staff excellent, rooms tiny and awful smell, not given the room we booked even with 10 days notice, lots of stairs, extremely noisy with the dj no chance of sleep till after midnight (Saturday night)ciuld be really nice if owner took notice of the bad reviews and addressed issues.
