"The room was not prepared for an arriving guest. No washloths, 1 hand towel, ran out of toilet paper first night, no paper towels. Someone else was given the room and some of their belongings were left in the room prior to my arrival. They came knocking on my door to retrieve their items"

"Room was nice and clean but we had water leakage all over the restroom and after addressing they didn’t take any steps rather kept arguing saying it’s not that bad and casually apologized only. My 13 months old slipped on the water and got hurt lucky it wasn’t too bad but when I mentioned it to them they told me “the water was stuck only behind the sink” which isn’t true because the time I sent them the pictures it was in the morning and we haven’t used the sink during the night so it started...

"Check-in went very smoothly the room definitely had everything we needed. This was a staffless hotel however the Hotel staff ( James specifically )was very helpful and swift to confirm and assist with anything we needed. LOCATION was great everything we wanted to do was within a 30 min walk or less. Lots of things to eat nearby there was even a fresh market right next to the building with great breakfast options for a quick breakfast 10/10"

"great place to stay! The location is perfect — close to great food, Times Square, and tons of shows. We had two queen studio apartments and they worked out really well. The view was nice, and my bathroom had been recently remodeled which was a great bonus. The only small downside was that it was warm the first day we arrived and the room doesn’t have AC, so it felt a little hot at first. Luckily, the building is in a great spot to crack the windows and once we did, the breeze cooled the room...
