"Looked better in the pics online. In person it was very dated, peeling paint, rusted shower curtain, outdated furniture, small beds (I am small so that’s saying a lot), the lobby was hot no air. Had to get the keycard reset every night. The staff were nice, especially the guy in the morning. The neighbors were odd. Sadly it sounded like someone in the next room wanted to off themselves. But the location worked well for me. It was nearby the locations I needed to get to."

"Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. "The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor.
