Here is a more professional and polished version of your review:⸻I am extremely disappointed with this booking experience. I reserved what was advertised as a beautiful, luxury, brand-new space featuring a spacious patio. However, on the day of arrival, I had to reach out to the host myself to obtain check-in instructions and access details. It was only then that I was informed that the property I originally booked was no longer available and that I would be relocated to a different unit.Unfortunately, the replacement property did not match the description provided. It was neither brand new nor luxurious. The patio was very small, the bedrooms and beds were undersized, and the furniture appeared inexpensive and worn. Additionally, the building had a strong odor resembling cat urine, particularly in the hallways, which was very unpleasant. The blinds in the unit were not functioning properly, and there was only one television in the entire two-bedroom apartment.The overall environment was also disappointing. The walls were extremely thin, and noise from the hallway and neighboring units, including crying children, was easily heard. This significantly impacted the comfort of the stay.What is most concerning is that the furniture in the unit appeared identical to that shown in the listing photos of the original property, leading me to question whether the advertised unit was ever truly available.
