"Excellent location. Facility was clean and well maintained. The amenities in the room were a disappointment. 3 hangers 2 small towels the kitchen chair literally fell apart. The outside chairs on the patio were extremely uncomfortable the bedsheets did not fit. They were very quick to fix chair and tend to the AC. "

"When booking this stay I did not know it was an apartment and asked for a refund because l was traveling solo and did not want to book an air bnb. The owner denied me of my refund stating it says it in the booking, but it did not state this info. Also they did not provide any face towels. I was told they lived next door. "We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "
