"This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. "

"I stayed here for a work trip and absolutely loved the apartment. It had everything needed to feel right at home, and the cleanliness was excellent. The check-in process was super convenient and fully digital with a code, and the staff assisting with check-in were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the beach and plenty of leisure spots nearby. Highly recommended!"

"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"Spotlessly clean. Plenty of space, storage. Superb terrace - sun all day. Great black-out blinds and excellent security. Plenty of on-road parking + private space in underground car park. Very handy barbecue. Good kitchen equipment. Very quiet area. 100 metre walk to great pool. 15 min walk to bars/restaurants - 20 mins on way back - quite steep uphill. 2 mins by car!!
