Spacious penthouse in Gràcia with pool and terrace, with an area of 80 m2. On the terrace located on the roof of the building, you can lie down and enjoy the wonderful climate of Barcelona. The apartment has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, the largest has a double bed and the smallest has two single beds. In addition, in the living room, there is a double sofa bed where two more people can sleep. The apartment is equipped with clean sheets and towels ready for use.

The living room is very bright thanks to the natural light that enters through the window that overlooks the balcony. The distribution of furniture and modern decoration makes it look even more spacious. The kitchen is located on the same floor and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. The apartment also offers an iron, a hair dryer, TV, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi; In this way, you should not worry about anything other than enjoying your stay.

This apartment is perfect for families or friends looking for the ideal accommodation, whether to rent for days, weeks or months. The unique location will allow you to feel at home while enjoying Barcelona. The building in which the apartment is located also offers parking spaces on request.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

BE AWARE! This was my worst experience with any of the rentals I’ve stayed in. Been traveling all over and never had such bad experience anywhere. It was a nightmare. Apartment was listed as 3 bedrooms on Vrbo but once we got there we found out it was only 2 with the sofa bed considered as a 3rd bedroom. We were a group of 5 adults and the place only provided bedding for 4 people. No blankets or pillows for the sofa bed which apparently was our 3rd bedroom, not enough towels, only enough towels for 4 people. I tried to reach out to the host for 3 straight days and no response. Tried reaching out for help to Vrbo and nothing was done. On top of it all we were moved told the office to check in and the apartment was in different places. Had to take taxi from airport to office just to find out the apartment was in city center about 20 min taxi ride. The person that checked us in gave us the key and said go to street corner to find taxi which was very difficult to get one for 5 adults with luggage . In the apartment there was a leak off the roof and one day we came to apartment from being gone all day to find a mop on the stairs that was never there before we left . I tried notifying the host through calls and texts and never heard anything back . This was a joke . The apartment is super expensive for what they offer. Super noisy and old . I feel like this is a big scam so please be aware ! Also never received my security deposit back. Total scam ! Traian D.

Overpriced but comfortable enough

Some aspects of it were great, other could use some easy improvement. The location, entry process(request remote entrance via app), and living room spaces were great, and the kitchen was very functional. It was great to have a roof patio and laundry in-unit. However, simple things like the staircase handrail not being fully attached to the wall, no bathroom trash, and difficult (or broken?) bedroom AC made the price feel disproportionately high. We booked this unit over another because of the pool, but the pool was not swimmable (mid-Sept) due to algae covering the steps and walls - not safe.
