"Spacious, tidy and well appointed condo, full of natural light, in a lovely complex. Nice amenities with a pretty pool, gym and guest parking. Easy communication with property management. The carpet could use cleaning or replacing; off white must be hard in a vacation rental. We did have to ask about how to get in the gate of parking garage, and even after following instructions for a few different options, we had to go with the original suggestion of waiting for another resident to open the...

"We had a good stay and there were multiple good things. The location is perfect as it is very close to Disney and less than an hour to Universal Studios, and Huntington Beach, which are the places we went. Their beds were absolutely comfortable, too! We had two children with us (ages 4 and 9) and this is when we realized we should have got a house that has carpet, as this house does not have good insulation and you can hear literally everything everyone says and every step they take. The floors...

"The house had great amentities. Hot tub was hot and worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were clean and in great working condition. Nice large driveway for parking. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was not up to our cleanliness standards. "The house was very clean and served as a good place for our family’s trip to Disneyland. Communication was great with owner. If there were changes needed it would be the hardware in the showers which were difficult to turn on; new towels in a a light or white color (a little worn), and redoing of some of baseboard areas. Just these minor changes would catapult this house into luxury level. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!"

"Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property.
