"We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!"

"Loved staying here. It was convenient to cute Old Town, Angel Stadium and Disneyland. Only regret we didn’t spend more time in the apartment. It was sunny and pleasant, comfortable, kitchen fully outfitted. Our host even had flowers for us.Highly recommended."

The owner goes above and beyond in providing snacks, chilled beverages, shampoo, body lotion and even pasta and bottled sauce for an impromptu meal. "I liked the beach accessibility close by within walking distance, the ability to drive a short distance and cook in the fully equipped kitchen, the comfort of the bed, and having beach chairs and beach towels and beach umbrella provided to take to the beach for the day. "Great location for us attending a wedding in Pasadena. Clean and comfortable with lovely, private backyard, good security and lighting. Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator. Interior door to laundry wouldn’t close to isolate laundry/back porch from main house. Didn’t use the fire pit area but seemed like it would work fine.
