"Loved the stay here. We came for a small vacation and had a pleasant stay. Clean house, organized supplies, host was really attentive. Easy check-in and out. Would gladly come back another time. Would recommend this location for it being close to Gatlinburg and surrounding attractions for vacation. Hot tub was a delight ;)"

"The hotel was okay overall, but a few things stood out that made the stay less enjoyable. They did inform me that room cleaning was only done upon request, which I appreciated. However, when I did request it, the service was minimal—they made the beds and changed the towels, but the floor remained noticeably dirty. It felt more like a quick refresh than a proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the options were exactly the same every day. If you're staying more than a night or two, it gets repetitive fast. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and variety of amenities."
