"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "This cabin was great for our family's weekend trip to Gatlinburg. We had three children under age 2 and 3 adults and had plenty of space. There scenery was great and there were a lot of entertainment options at the cabin. The house was very clean and felt safe."

"Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment.
