"We really enjoyed our stay in this home as two families met up for a long weekend. We were able to explore the area and see lots of great sites and activities. Kids LOVED the pool and the space in general. Our only problem was that a few of the sliding doors wouldn't lock and this made us pretty nervous with the kids we had staying one or two floors away from us. Let the property management company know and they responded immediately, however they weren't fixed while we were there."

"First and foremost the water is terrible. It smells and cannot be used for drinking or cooking. Water pressure was not good and showering with that water felt slimy. "We loved our time at this cabin! There a few days that we didn’t even leave because it was so relaxing. My kids fished in the lake and swam in the pool. We used the hot tub and just took advantage of every moment. We were there during March Madness so the two TV’s in the movie room were great because we were able to watch multiple games! I would just recommend planning your comings and goings because you are quite aways from the “city.” We clumped our excursions and trips to the grocery store...

"The cabin was clean and spacious. We had 6 adults in our party and never felt over crowded. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. The water level was low, therefore we could not enjoy the amenities of the dock or lake. But the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay again. "

"We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and on opposite sides of house. The gameroom was a nice bonus area to relax after a day of exploring the smokies. Property management was quick to respond when we lost power. We will definitely be back. "

Dishwasher smelled like something died in it. Reported issue, said action would be taken but 0 happened. Light bulbs missing or burned out. Door in main bedroom to bathroom is a shower curtain = 0 privacy. Great amount of plates and bowls. Needs pans and bowls for serving food. Even two of the hot pads were burned...

"Very nice house. Plenty of room. Extra living room/TV area in the basement. Host was very responsive to any questions. My Wife’s Dad uses a walker. Only two small steps to get in the front door. He had no issues. Nice deck for hanging out. Plenty of seating and nice grill. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers was a nice touch—just like the hotels. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again!"
