Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended! "

"The shower was unusable. It was also constantly dripping. We notified the staff who said they were aware of the issue and a part was ordered. No offer was made to change rooms or discount the rate. Breakfast was decent. Location was great."

"We stayed at the lodge in "Rustic Comfort". The bed was so comfy!! The view from our bed was beautiful! This is an older property but very clean. Our first time using digital chack in and it was a bit confusing at first. Staff responded quickly to voicemails and got us squared away with early check in and codes."

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"Breakfast was amazing, which I always have with Embassy Suites! Pool area is gorgeous and spacious! My only complaint is that our balcony was over the trash bin/ alley area, but someone has to get that one. Restaurant options were very limited, but they do have Starbucks coffee in their shop- most of the menu available. Parking is 15.00 per night as well. Oh, and they do allow dogs, which barked sometimes during the day, but I do love dogs, so no complaints there. Overall it was a fantastic and...

Very clean property and room, comfy beds, heated pool that is open 24 hrs a day, hot tub, kiddie pool, fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and good coffee, icees, and drinks in the lobby 24 hrs a day, and friendly staff. Excellent location for all things in Pigeon Forge. Our stay included vouchers for free pancake breakfast at Reagan’s Pancake House across the road.
