"We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. "Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Balcony with two chairs. Two pools but we did not use them. Breakfast was good enough. Not hot foods but waffle maker and cereals and pastries, etc. Very affordable rates. No telephone in rooms? TV didn't work well and confusing to operate. Bath/shower could use safety bars."

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"The parking was free, which is huge in downtown Gatlinburg. The water park kept the kids occupied and was fun. Breakfast was a nice variety; the pancake machine wasn’t working so the grandkids were bummed. We had a problem at check-in but that was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shopping."
