"Loved the room with back door that went out onto a field. Perfect for pets."

The breakfast room was pretty small and cramped up but nice and clean. The room was nice and clean but a little noisy with trash truck backup alarms and noise from other rooms at times. Room 408. "Great place. Great prepared breakfast."

"The only improvement that could be made is a fold out table to put your things on, otherwise everything is great. The bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed having the screen door so you could have the main door open and still have a breeze."

"Breakfast was OK dining area very crowded"

"Great value for money...would highly recommend."

"Beautiful with lots of positives, Needs some fine-tuning for a more positive guest experience. 1st, we really enjoyed this place. It’s a refreshing gem unlike anywhere else we’ve been in Gatlinburg.very peaceful setting.lodge rooms are refined rustic & quite roomy and well thought out. our room and grounds were very clean and tidy. parking easy. Did not try the breakfast as it was a very slim continental bkfst. with nothing to accommodate for food allergies so we had great breakfasts elsewhere...

"Clean but dated hotel. Nice breakfast."

"Every thing looks good"

"Housekeeping wasn't so great, but the location and amenities made up for it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
