This house was amazing for large groups and affordable. Its great for children of all ages since they have the game room. Everything was clean as well. Its nice to have a jacuzzi tub and king beds in almost every bedroom.

Eight of us had a delightful stay - much more room than we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. and deck was wonderful. Cell service was limited and wifi was very slow - so we just stopped using phones as much and got paper maps. (Probably a good thing.) Pictures of property are accurate. Note that one “bedroom” is actually a loft that opens over the great room.

There was a mix up at check in. The host was contacted and the issue resolved quickly. This made the rest of the stay work out nicely.The property is wonderful and spacious. We had 15 people and had plenty of space and privacy if needed.The location is great. Townsend has a short drive and has a more relaxed atmosphere. There is easy access to Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge is about a 20 minute drive and has everything a family vacation needs.I would return again.

Photos do an excellent job of describing this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of bathrooms in each room. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items along with plenty of dishes to use. Hot tub was excellent and one could see that it was clean and the chemicals well balanced. Would definitely rent from again .

Our host was great and so was the cabin! We all enjoyed being about to hang out together, play pool, cook, and hot tub.

Beds were very comfortable. The driveway was downhill and you could not see anything to let you know where it dropped except to follow along a fence. After the first time, it was much easier to navigate. The 2nd parking area is at the top of the driveway and would require walking downhill to the house at a steep grade, and walking back uphill to the car. This could be hard for some people. The owners were staying close by and able to help when we couldn't get the heat to come on. So thankful for that! Plenty of room for everyone to gather or scatter!!

The view from the cabin was phenomenal . The air conditioning issues were a negative only because of the unusually high temperatures during the day. Window could use some screens since that had to be open to make the cabin temperature tolerable. There were some cobwebs high on the fireplace that drew the eyes. I am still awaiting my 10% discount refund 4 days after my stay.

A lot of pluses in this one!The beds were super comfortable. There was enough cookwear.The view is very nice.Had an issue with the breaker tripping and losing power in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and welcoming. We were able to fit all our family members in the cozy rooms and around the tables! The view was awesome and the local area provided great food and souvenir shops. Make sure to take the sky lift that is right by the entrance: great view!

Good location for things we wanted to do. Plenty of room for 9 adults on a sibling family vacation.

Beautiful home and view. Needs alot of upkeep. My granddaughters foot went through the deck floor. No air for 3 hot days. Advertised pool not available yet. Not enough towels for 17 people. Ran out of space to put our garbage. Host was not quick on replying to our concerns. But...overall had a great time with family.

Family Reunion

A very memorable and wonderful stay at the Amazing Memories Lodge. Great place with great views with short 25 mins drives to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Hosts were very responsive to our questions thoughout our stay.

Wonderful family vacation!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Cabin was very comfortable and family friendly. We saw a bear several days in the trees by the cabin and on the porch.

Extremely nice and welcoming home

This is not our first time in the area but definitely one of the best houses we have stayed in. Exceptionally clean and welcoming home. Would recommend to anyone going to the area.
