"Great gesture, pet friendly."

"The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"parking was OK and room was clean. When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep "

"Overall, it wasn't the worst stay but the place needs some maintenance. The rooms could use a good deep clean as well. Maintenance wise, loose electrical sockets, trim around floor falling off, fan in bathroom didn't work. The cups for the coffee weren't wrapped, just Styrofoam cups. The service was good and was a chill place overall. "

"Breakfest area sticky everywhere, tables, counters, floor. Room airconditioner so loud you can not slip, like some plastic bag get caught and was resonating. Toiled flush tank was not filling with water, we had to use bucket."

"The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...

"The evening staff was amazing! She warmed cookies before we went to bed one night and even put them on a plate for us. Place was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs, and this passed with flying colors! Lastly, the breakfast was super yummy with so many options to feed even the pickiest eaters! "

"I have stayed at the Jefferson Inn numerous times over the past five years. I have always found it to be a very good value. They provide all of the basics. Bed, tv, bathroom, etc., meet my needs very well. On one visit, I left my driver's license at the motel, and they mailed it to me. I will stay there again. Parking is very convenient. There are places nearby to eat and get gas."

"They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. "

"Older property under renovation. Room was nice. No room service during our stay because we didn’t realize that you had to request it. Staff was professional and polite. Stayed three nights for an amazing price. Outdoor pool was nice, but outdoor temperature was too cold for us to swim. I would definitely stay here again. "
