"We stayed here this weekend and it was a great place to stay to visit family in the area. It’s a newer building as of 2026 and looks like more places will be built in this area. It was a quick walk to Jimmy John’s to get something quick to eat. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for 3-4 people. There’s a full furnished bedroom upstairs and a room for a pull out bed downstairs as well as 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. I liked that there was a code to get into the building and a code...

"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"Perfect little place for a small group. Weather was nice and the outdoor patio and firepit was nice in the evening. Gretchen was on top of communication."

The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue.
