"El hotel está muy tranquilo , lo malo que tuvimos que comprar papel de baño ya que en el hotel dijeron que no tenía papel de baño y no pasaban a revisar o hacer limpieza , no sé si nosotros teníamos que pedir para que limpiaran. Pero durante los días que estuvimos nadie se acercó a limpiar, ni hacer cambios de sábanas , pero el lugar si es tranquilo solo que hay algunos defectos que creo que deberían mejor "

"It's a very well-designed apartment with an excellent location and a great view. As for communication during check-in, it was quite stressful because there was no one in person to explain everything to us, and we're not very adept at the technology used to check in. I would recommend washing the kitchen utensils because they get dusty if they're not used very often. But overall, we really liked it, and on a next visit to Nashville, we might request your services again. Thank you for everything. "

"You cannot beat the location! Steps away to Broadway, several places to shop and eat. Codes at the doors made you feel very safe. We had a great time! There is a loading spot very close that I wished I had noticed before I parked in the garage because it was hard to carry everything even though the garage is only a block away, so take note of that before you park!"

"I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays."

"I was literally only in my loft long enough to get my overnight bag inside, leave for the concert, return, sleep, clean up and check out. BUT WOW!!! I loved the amenities in my unit and the security features of the property!! "This was a great place to stay for what we needed. A place to relax after each day long day of hiking! Waking up to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains was perfect! Only a couple reasons that I did not give this a 5 star stay. "I needed to travel for a week with my terminally ill dog. I was helping my daughter and her family get ready for an event at her home. I did not want to board my dog. This place was an answer to my prayers. I appreciated the private fenced yard and clean, pet friendly atmosphere. I will stay there again! Host was very accessible and responsive. "
