"It's a very well-designed apartment with an excellent location and a great view. As for communication during check-in, it was quite stressful because there was no one in person to explain everything to us, and we're not very adept at the technology used to check in. I would recommend washing the kitchen utensils because they get dusty if they're not used very often. But overall, we really liked it, and on a next visit to Nashville, we might request your services again. Thank you for everything. "

"This place was very modern and very clean. In a great location, and I like parking right in front. The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!). Please fix the fence. Overall...fantastic!"

"Nice layout for the stay. Close to walk to Broadway. Air conditioner was louder than what we would have expected. But overall I could stay there again "

"What a great location for a stay in Nashville. Easy in and out, all of the amenities within a block or two, and very comfortable and quiet. We attended a concert at The Pinnacle (which also met high expectations), and it was a breeze getting there from this location. The apartment had everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was great too. "
