"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. "Tammy has the perfect little nook in the Big Town of Nashville! We had everything that we needed! This place isn't located right downtown but you could still walk to get breakfast or see some of the sightings. It was very easy to get an Uber and highly recommend if you want to go downtown as parking is a little crazy. The furniture and the bed are very comfortable and cozy! She is a great host and looks for her guests to be comfortable and she does that remarkably! Will definitely stay again if...

"Very clean, easy communication/check in check out process. The room is exactly as advertised. Within walking distance of Geodis Park and the 12 South area. Downtown is about a $12 ride. I would stay here again in the future."
