After all the fun, come back to relax in this quiet, spacious, comfy condo. Although parking is free & easy, you don't need a car for this condo. Many things are within walking distance! There is public transportation and it's only 15 mins from the airport. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

**Note regarding the pool: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

Please note, no smoking of any kind is allowed in the condo.

You don't need a car for this condo. Many things are walking distance! There is public transportation and its only 15 mins from the airport. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

We stayed for a birthday trip which also turned into a work trip for two of us. The decor was beautiful and amenities plentiful including fresh coffee grains. The location was also perfect plus parking. We could walk near the bridge and enjoy a great view. We felt safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Family travel/place to sleep

Everything was as described, it was clean and beds were comfortable. It is a small but very cute space! The walk to Broadway was a little long since it was chilly/windy, but we could have easily gotten Uber too, would have been a nice walk in better weather. We didn’t use any amenities as we were basically only there to sleep, so can’t speak on those.

NIce Stay

This property is located on the river and has very quick access via Uber to downtown and the rest of Germantown. The place was small but cute and would be nice for a party of 2-4, maybe another or two if you don't mind sleeping in the top of a bunk bed. The property will be much nicer after all the massive construction around the property it is done - no immediate access to coffee shops, breakfast, a drink, bit to eat, etc. Walking is fine too during the day, but at night you are walking near construction sites and/or the cement plant along the walking trail that are not well lit for good stretches. Off-street parking was very convenient and host was very responsive. Small issues like the rugs needed cleaning, but she said they were addressing this and a few other minor issues we pointed out to her.

Great spot for quick trip

Was a nice, clean, and cozy space that gave easy access to Germantown and Broadway. Only spent one night but was a great experience. Ample free parking for friend group coming from different places was a big bonus.

Nashville Trip

My friends and I had an amazing time here. It is centrally located to a lot of great spots in Nashville. Everything was very clean and host was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had cowboy hats available if we wanted to use them. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this area to stay in Nashville. Communication with Genevieve was fantastic. There were a couple things that i mentioned upon arrival and someone came out within the hour. Looks like the condo was closed for the winter and needs a little cleaning. But a wonderful stay, comfy beds, spacious and fun.

Great stay

We were 5 girls in Nashville for a quick trip and concert. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 min (easy) walk to broadway. We did Uber home from downtown every night for about $8-10. There is also a fun area about 3 blocks away with bars /restaurants . The condo was not large, but we knew that. There was plenty of sleeping space for all 5 of us comfortably. The condo is set up to maximize the space available. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable- even the top bunk! We used the pool 2 days, it was steps from the condo and very nice to Relax by during the hots days and before going downtown . Great stay! Would recommend!

Walking distance to Broadway

5 ladies stayed. It was a nice place a little smaller than pictured but worked well for our 5 day stay.we love to walk and so it worked good for us. We would walk during daytime and Uber or Lyft at night. Pool was nice and close and enjoyed our time there. Probably not a big deal but no kitchen towels or washcloths… just used Bathroom towels. All in All would stay again.

Great Location

This rental was easy to get to and walkable to many bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. Host was very attentive. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nashville. Thanks for letting us stay!

Phenomenal Property and the Location is Perfect!

The listing was 100% accurate there was more than enough space to sleep 6-8 people, riverfront view (plus the Tennessee Titans stadium was right outside the window!). The location was also phenomenal because the unit was only 1.2 miles away from Broadway Street ($10-16 Uber/Lyft ride or a 10-minute electric scooter ride across the riverfront). I would highly recommend booking your stay here if you have a large group!

Nice Condo Overall

Overall the condo is nice and while the location is close (20 minutes or so walking) to downtown, it is located in an industrial section of town right next to a concrete plant and railroad line. We got a lot of noise from those as well as a noisy upstairs neighbor. Condo was comfortable for both of us but any more than two adults would be crowded with only a single bathroom.
