"Everything about this rental worked very well for me - it was very clean and located in a very cool building, no issues communicating with the host - had it not been I was traveling solo or on the go my whole stay it may have been a bit cramped but as it was it worked great and would definitely stay here again. "I loved the location but was surprised I didnt have direct acess to the balcony."

"We had a wonderful time in Memphis, our host was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The appartement is the best place you can imagine for your stay in Memphis: nice neighbourhood, near all the sights, lovely old house which is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We hope we will come back soon!"

"The place is small but very nice! Parking is easy. It's close to downtown but if you're considering walking there, I'd think twice - some streets are rough. Wifi wasn't the best."

"A nice basic place to stay, walking distance to downtown."

"I didn’t like the tub. It’s turning brown that makes it look dirty"

"Great place but A/C was off when I arrived and it was 95 degrees in the room. Everything else was amazing aside from that."

"Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean, cute and felt safe! Would stay again! "
