My host was welcoming. I loved the fact that everything was in walking distance.

The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is functioning.

Nasty, poor customer check in, smelled terrible like piss on the floors and lobby, host of facility rude not clean, apartment small, rusted dishes, roach traps everywhere not clean , burn holes in sheets, smell awful, was very uncomfortable could not sleep , just terrible nasty around homeless people begging , and all hanging in building lobby selling drugs, will never book a place to no one like this , it needs to be shutdown

The place was clean and the people in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was in a paid garage.room was horrible. Windows unit for a/c it was horrible. From elevators to room had a smell. Bugs was in room also. I need a refund

Building was run down and had a terrible smell. Sink in the kitchen was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The u it we were in looked nothing like the pictures shown during booking.

The apartment is simple, cozy, and charming. Beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Historic building, minutes walk to Beales Street. Loved our stay.

Stayed here for a conference. Great location and walking distance to Beale & Main Street. Nice little kitchen to cook in.

The apartment was in a great location. Reasonable parking garage that was walking distance. Our host was great with communication. Check in was simple.. Great view of the Memphis bridge. Hilliard's Mississippi

Misrepresented and unsafe!We were there a total of 10 minutes before leaving.Honestly, don’t trust the pictures of this place. We got there and it was nothing like the listing. The furniture is all peeling, the towel bar was broken, and the kitchen was covered in gross splatter.The worst part is the AC unit in the window. It’s held together with duct tape and has growth and grime all over it. My son has asthma and I couldn't let him breathe that in. When I tried to talk to the owner about it being a health risk, she was just rude and combative. She called everything "wear and tear" and refused to refund us even though we couldn't stay there. This isn't just an old house, it’s false advertising and it isn’t safe for kids. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Overall the property was nice for a one night stay. However, I would not personally stay here again due to the location. The location had very limited parking unless you wanted to stay in a very pricey parking garage and there was a ton of construction going on near the building and on the building. The room itself wasn’t bad but could have used a lot of updates to make it a bit more comfortable and safer. Overall, it isn’t bad for a one night stay but if you can stay out of downtown I would highly recommend it.

Loved location and such a cute apartment

It was clean and tidy and had all we needed. Only issues was a lot of the electrical plugs weren’t working to charge any devices and were loose. Highly recommend otherwise. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see and felt safe
