"The restaurant/bar downstairs has live music until 230am that is very loud inside of the apartment. Loved the convenience of the shops and how everything was dog friendly. Parking is not paid, but was not crazy expensive either."

"How is it? Well it’s much as you might imagine from the pictures. They really outline the feel well. Lovely light. Clean. Everything works. It’s very pro. Not full of eccentric charm but feels almost like a hotel in some regards. I will say that it’s loud. It’s right by the freeway so be prepared for that. I am super sensitive to sound and it was hard to sleep the first night but I got used to it and honestly I slept well the rest of the time. The location is wonderful and that’s a huge deal....

"The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door.
