"Great area, especially if you are into outdoors activities and visiting. Right next to the outdoor center where you can rent bikes and scooters. A little farther of a walk to downtown than I wanted. But all in all still doable and a great location."

"Walking distance to UT, Ruth’s Chris, Calhoun’s, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame. Boat was very clean, quiet location and nice views of the river. Wasn’t prepared to not being able to flush tp, had to throw away in trash can. Also not prepared for no warm water. Should be noted in the online description for guests to prepare for. Overall, we made it work and had an enjoyable experience."

"It’s a nice place with tons of outdoor space and lots of water toys to use. along the shore, which was great for swimming and staying out of boat traffic. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a window AC unit and keeps the room nice and cold, however the 2nd bedroom has nothing but a ceiling fan to cool it. If the door was closed to that bedroom it got very hot at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and the owner is very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. "

"Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and you can tell they’re very thoughtful with all the little amenities provided onboard. We couldn’t have asked for a...
