"Spending the long week end on the boat was such a fun experience. The boat was extremely clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds are really comfortable and worked well for us despite our many back issues. Mike met us a the boat and showed us around. It is super spacious and is in a great location with really nice neighbors. It exceeded our expectations in every way. "

List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. "It’s a nice place with tons of outdoor space and lots of water toys to use. along the shore, which was great for swimming and staying out of boat traffic. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a window AC unit and keeps the room nice and cold, however the 2nd bedroom has nothing but a ceiling fan to cool it. If the door was closed to that bedroom it got very hot at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and the owner is very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. "

"The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!"

"The hotel was okay overall, but a few things stood out that made the stay less enjoyable. They did inform me that room cleaning was only done upon request, which I appreciated. However, when I did request it, the service was minimal—they made the beds and changed the towels, but the floor remained noticeably dirty. It felt more like a quick refresh than a proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the options were exactly the same every day. If you're staying more than a night or two, it gets repetitive fast. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and variety of amenities."
