"Photos show a red couch and loveseat and they are still there but covered. I assume to hide wear or damage. Was not able to watch the living room tv due to some programing issue . Some remotes had I dead batteries I think. I did not contact host because we did not come to gatlinburg to watch tv,but Need to attend to this for future guests. overall we enjoyed our stay. That said I would urge some updating. The hot tub cover is falling apart, the outside wicker chairs did not look safe to sit in."

"Let’s start with the home… coffee pot is basically broken. Takes a really long time to brew. The thermostat was set at 60 degrees when we arrived. Took a bit to warm up. Barely a roll of paper towels despite being told paper products would be initially stocked. Blinds broken in patio door. Fireplace casing detached from the wall. Luke warm water at best. Super uncomfortable mattresses. The forecast was getting worse for severe bad weather. The roads are super steep and curvy even when dry....

"Host was great and communicated readily. Views were stunning and accomodations cozy. If you want the mountain experience the drive to the property is definitely a thrill. Great views of Ober Mountain ski slopes on the drive. Was a great stay for a fun birthday weekend in the Gatlinburg area. Close to get down the mountain into town. "

"This cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Our youngest (3y) is old enough to be in a bed, but both rooms had plenty of space should a family need a PnP or cots for younger children. The kitchen table was spacious, the kitchen was spacious and easy to navigate, and the living room had plenty of seating for everyone. Sweetly decorated, clean, and beautiful view from the upper and lower decks. "
