House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. The owner gave us amazing advice on how to best enjoy our time at Graceland, and truly thought of everything when decorating and stocking the home, making it a 5 star experience. "The check in and out process was fantastic! The rooftop area was amazing, the location is on point and the property itself was clean and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs but all of us being physical sound that was not an issue - if you’re not able to navigate stairs this isn’t the property for you but if you are - not was it fantastic. The AC system was really, really, good. Private garage parking in Downtown Memphis is unheard of but this property has it and we fit a Grand Wagoneer...

"This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!"

"The unit was cute and well supplied with bedding, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dish soap. The router was in a different building on the property but not accessible by us. The TV and reboots were ridiculous and we still couldn't get any TV even with great assistance from the property employee. Door locks were very tricky to get them to lock and unlock. There weren't any towel bars in the bathroom so towels had to be put over the shower curtain rod. Lighting in the bathroom could...

"Location is just a short 5 minute drive to Beale Street, The Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Mudd Island and it only took us around 20 minutes to reach Graceland. The private parking pad in back of house was a plus. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little second story belcony. Great place to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. During our visit we did noticed a smoke smell upstairs despite the house being non-smoking. Overall I would recommend this property."
