Nestled among the trees steps away from one of Midtown`s most happening areas (Cooper-Young) awaits your private residence. You have your own entry, *shared* patio, laundry, and all the essentials you`ll need to explore the best of Memphis. We`ll send you a digital guidebook with our favorite recommendations :)



The location and layout of the house make it perfect for those heading into town looking for a nice neighborhood near all the best spots. Plenty of room for a couple visiting or a nomad looking for an extended stay with a dedicated work area and living area. Your own laundry in the unit, full-size kitchen, and brand-new renovated bathroom.

Your apartment has digital door locks so that you can check in on your own. Meeting you there in person won`t be necessary, but we will be available 24/7. If you need anything at all, just send us a quick message. Street parking is available.

● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy

Clean, quiet and comfortable

I loved this spacious unit with beautiful floors and comfortable, stylish furnishings. I slept well! The bed was very comfortable. I had a hard time with the keyless, put in a code door. It required a little bit of finesse, which I didn’t have after a long day of traveling and the warm temperature. I got the hang of it though. I would stay here again.

Amazing

We came for the Memphis Monster Con and had a BLAST! Overall the place we stayed at was very nice especially since my husband and I live with our 17 year old nephew and my 82 year old father in law and it is quite stressful, our cooper young apartment was quite except for the occasional crazy commotion from the neighbors in apartment , but we will definitely be coming back the next time the monster con is in town!!! Definitely recommend for someone else to stay and our host was quick to respond with any issues we had but it was minor!!

The Good and the Bad

The stay at the rental was actually nice. It was clean and comfortable and had everything that you needed. The problem was with the security check in process. I nearly had to cancel because of the problems getting the information to the check in personnel.

Not for me

First time in Memphis, the stay at this place is loud with trains and airplanes. Also you can hear the neighbors who are staying in the other side, plus the entrance is a screen door that is not locked the people next door came in and out all night. If you want quiet this isn’t it. Owner is great at communicating.

Good for the price

Great midtown location! Nice neighborhood, good for walking and close to Central BBQ-one of my favorites. It is not a high end venue, but It had everything we needed for a long weekend. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. Street parking.
