"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this...

"So I’m leaving this review here because it’s what we booked, but we actually ended up staying at the property next door (the Flat) because after booking we asked Lisa if she was able to accommodate us one night early. There was someone staying in the Tiny Home that night so she let us know that the property next door, The Flat, was available both nights and we could stay there instead. We were happy to accept and thankful she was able to make the adjustment for us to come in one night earlier....

"We loved our stay at Sunnyvale. It was like a home away from home. It was so close to Dollywood and just a short drive into Gatlinburg where we love to visit. Our host gave us perfect instructions and I know they would have been there had we needed. Overall wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend. "
