"Wonderful location right across the street from the ferry ports. Good food options around the neighborhood and a small bodega right downstairs. Staff was very helpful; we didn’t arrive until after 10 pm because of flight delays, and Noemi stayed late until we got there. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was good, no hot options but great cappuccinos, and yummy croissants. Room was surprisingly big, with a big king bed. We were very comfortable for the 2 nights."

"This is the second time we stayed at this hotel that is located at a promenade near the old Fishermen’s quarter, where there are many restaurants and pizza places. Great location, walkable to many sites attractions. The hotel staff are every accommodating and friendly Rooms and bathroom are clean."

"Excellent hotel right in the heart of Naples. Don’t let the entrance fool you. It may be a little hard to find but the hotel gave excellent directions to the small elevator off of Via Toledo, a pedestrian only street, to access the hotel. Once the elevators doors open you will access a chic hotel with superior service, lovely rooms with good soundproofing given all of the activity on the streets just outside. "Very easy acces, I could walk to the harbor to Capri island, vevereiioport, carrying my heavy carry luggage. The breakfast is one of the best i had ever. The hotel is very kind for they'll keep guest's luggage until the guests return to this hotel even it's two or threedays. Thank you for a night stay. I was happy to stay here."

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing, dining, transportation by bus, taxi, train or ferry, and within a very short walk. The room is small though and only has windows into the interior mezzanine of the building. You hear people talking in that area or doors slamming quite loudly during the day, but if you only plan to tour the city by day and sleep in the room at night by yourself or with 1, itis no problem."

"We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Overall it suited our needs."

"The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes. Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, just basic, but we knew it was. Room was clean and up to standard. everything was walkable to shops and dining. "
