"Tuvieron el detalle de obsequiarnos con una botella de chaampagne y pasteles al ser el cumpleaños de mi marido. Todo un detalle. Solo un pero: el desayuno podría tener mejor productos de mejor calidad."

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Price wise it could improve a little bit. The hotel is close to a bus that takes you to the airport but a little separated from the city downtown. While the hotel is great the zone near the hotel is not so good, lots of homeless a few blocks away from the hotel. All things considered, I recommend it as it is still cheaper than other hotels next to the port."

"The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower. I would definitely stay there again and can...

"We recently stayed at the property with my family for 1 night - 3 rooms in total. We were drawn to the rooftop which has amazing seating outdoors. However we got rain during our stay and dined indoors. While lovely it’s quite quiet. One thing this hotel is lacking is a bar. There wasn’t a space for us to get together before dinner where we could have a drink due to the inclement weather. They have a function room you can sit in but don’t offer any service there. Our room was a great size and the...

"The only negative for this hotel is that the entrance is difficult to find! It's semi hidden in a narrow alley. The interior decor is very clean, modern and comfortable. The room is large by European standards. The desk staff are amazing!"

"Extremely convenient if you are leaving on a cruise ship. Clean room and great customer service. Breakfast was perfect to start the day with."

"Professionalità pulizia e ubicazione della albergo"

"Parfait hotel belle emplacement"

"Shower had such low water pressure, just a dribble, so it was impossible to wash my hair. There are better places for the cost. I did not bother mentioning it to the staff because they were already dealing with people upset they did not have clean towels due to a trucking strike."

"Central location. Just a short walk to public transport and the sights of Naples. Helpful and attentive staff and the hotel is just what you would expect from this class of hotel."

"ottima posizione"

"The star was attentive and accommodating."

"Good enough hotel for the price. Not super clean but not dirty either. (They could get into the corners better and clean the bathroom fan) Bed was comfortable but not luxurious. Happy that there was an elevator and the air conditioner worked. A great location with yummy restaurants nearby. Wear earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Easy to walk to local attractions and not too far from the train."

"L'hôtel est très bien situé au cœur du centre historique, mais il est désuet, une odeur insupportable d'égout dans la chambre, des chaises "défoncées " au petit déjeuner. Beaucoup trop cher pour cette expérience"

"It was first time for us to stay at the hotel, Not bad but it was to far from the train station almost 25 minutes walk but the outside doesn’t look like a hotel and it it is on a very busy street."
