"Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete."

"Wonderful staff. Comfortable atmosphere, not too posh, but very nice. Just right. The view was fantastic and the setting at The Tower was exciting and awe inspiring. There were small maintenance issues but for the price paid, they were not a problem. Room was very quiet, easy to sleep. There is a small Tesco around the corner and several restaurants just nearby. The nearest Tube station was too far for us to walk. We used Uber a lot to get around the South Bank. I wouldn't have stayed here on a...

"The air-conditioning and heat worked well. The room was cleaned daily unless you kept the do not disturb on. The room was fully serviced including replenishment of coffee and cookies which was nice. The staff were always helpful and polite. "

"Point A is a nice alternative to all the old fashioned hotels in Paddington, Holborn and so on. Its quiet for London standards and if you dont mind walking ten minutes to the nearest tube, its central too. The personnel has been always friendly and the docklands are such a cool area."

"Check in was easy, staff super friendly. Rooms were spotless, bedding and beds sooo comfy. Bathroom was a separate tub and awesome walk in shower. THE BEST LOCATION!! Walking distance to everything + the underground. Only cons: Robes could use updating and only one side of the bed had outlets which was rather annoying for charging purposes. "
