"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the money. The foyer was very clean and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room (although fairly small) was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Continental breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out. It is the first time I’ve stayed in this area of London but this would be my hotel of choice should I come here again."

"We checked in on Christmas Eve and were really pleased with how clean and tidy everything was. Our twin room on the 11th floor was spotless, comfortable, and check‑in was smooth. A decent view of the city. Later that evening we ordered room service — the food was delicious. I had fish and chips and my daughter had a burger, and we both enjoyed our meals. "The apartment is great if you have multiple families traveling together. Two bedrooms and bathrooms and a fold-out couch made bed time and getting ready easy. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and snacks after touring all day. Was a nice way to save some money not eating out all the time. "
