"The room was warm, comforatble and completely clean. The cleaners were excellent. Loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and biscuits/crips. James was exceptionally helpful when I asked about the fridge and dinner. Parking was plentiful and easy. I didn't eat there but there is a supermarket open till 10PM and a KFC a couple of minutes walk away. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks."

"I had a great stay at the palms. I stayed for four days for a wedding event that took place in the event center. The staff were warm and most especially Nicholas at the front office also the housekeeping team that came in every morning for the room cleaning. The entire team was helpful. The Palms is near Harold Wood station, where you get on the Elizabeth line to take you to Heathrow airport or connect other places in the UK. "i stayed here with my cousin to see the poppies on the pier and the fireworks.The room was really good clean and quiet being away from the noisy part of Southend but still on seafront and just 20mins walk was good for us.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we spent the eve in the bar and we will def stay there again.A really lovely great little hotel."

"There is a need to be very carefull when describing accomodation as Boutique.Hamiltons is an excellent place to stay very comfortable,clean and a tasty big British Breakfast.Boutique usually has very big towels,dressing gowns to use with the option to buy them,DVD player,fridge in the room and many more extras.Best to describe Hamiltons as Boutique style accommodation."

"We had a lovely stay at The Ship Inn. The room was really clean, bright and comfortable and plenty of space to relax in. Nice to have good quality coffee and tea facilities in the room and reasonably priced items on offer in room if you wanted it. Loved the roomy shower in the bathroom.
